Very pleased with service leading up to the job. I was pleased that Daniel offerred to start the job early even though it was a Sunday evening. The work was completed ahead of schedule, to a good standard, so much so that we asked for an extra room to be decorated. Both jobs completed to timescales, ensuring the refurbishment of our fitness facility was able to proceed without any delays at all. Will definitely use again. Paints & Ladders with DDE Construction was hired to do a garage conversion. I chose them as they were the only company that offered an end to end service (i.e. design, council application, build,and paint) as I am extremely busy. They excelled in client relationship, as they took me through all the stages of the development their design really focused on what was important to my family. I would really recommend them as they take pride in their work and always conduct themselves in a professional manner.

We had a broken window pane, Simon came out to measure and rang the glaziers there and then to give us a quote. As soon as the glass was ready 2 days later it was fitted and he took the old one away. Simon was lovely and polite, quick, efficient and friendly. Will use again.

Had Ryan and his team do some repointing and rebuilding of two old chimneys on a Victorian property as well as refitting a Velux window. Great bunch of lads who did a great job. Very polite (and diplomatic with our neighbour). Ryan ensured everything ran to plan (despite one or two unavoidable hitches), nothing being too much trouble. It wasn’t the cheapest quote, but you get what you pay for. Lovely job. Thanks Ryan and your team.

Serious and hard working. Since 1998 in EU and from 2010 in UK . "Work smart not hard" . Some people think they will get from you what they want with force. Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. Really pleased that I found Adrian through this site - he was superb! The job he undertook was a complete refresh of a three bedroom rental property which had been vacated after a period of ten years. Adrian spent a couple of weeks freshening up all parts of the house with a coat or three of magnolia. As a landlord who lives nowhere near the property, Adrian was given a set of keys and was extremely trustworthy and provided excellent communication via Whatsapp throughout the job ?? Good guy!

I would highly recommend JLA Painting & Decorator they went the extra mile. They were very thorough their preparation was excellent and when they had finished WOW I thought I was in a different house. They were very polite throughout and very tidy and the whole experience was stress free I didn’t know they were there half the time and also were very reliable it’s hard to find tradesmen like this. Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me. I will definitely use them again
