Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. I take pride in my work with attention to detail, and work to the highest standards with customers. I believe in good preparation to achieve high quality workman ship, and only use best quality products. There is no job to big or small, and can work to tight deadlines if needed. I always respect, and never forget your house is your home, when working for clients. I always respect the customers space, and to take care to work around their schedule.
