Ben is thorough and professional in his work. When the fire alarm system that he installed was checked by the fire officer, he found it was done to a high standard. Ben has done other jobs at our nursery, PAT , door entry system and door alarm. He did all the electrical work at our home when we refitted the kitchen. after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
