Mohammed who responded to my job, was polite and and keen to do my jobs. He was young and clearly very inexperienced as he was not prepared to return to look at two of the jobs that were not completed correctly, even though he offered a 6 months guarantee. I had to call in another tradesman to fix one of the jobs done by Mohammed and this was costly. Be aware of his inexperience in DIY jobs.

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

My kitchen floor and walls were tiled over two days. The quality of workmanship was very high, and well worth the very reasonable price quoted. The workmen stayed to finish the job well into the evening on the second day to ensure that it was completed within the timescale quoted. They lost half a mark on quality as there were some building materials left on site and the plug sockets were not replaced as they did not have long enough screws to refit them, but other than that, an excellent result of which I am very pleased.
