James and Tris were excellent. They communicated well and Always arrived when they said they would. There were quite a few unforeseen snags to the conversion along the way and they dealt with those quickly and effectively. James made sure all was satisfactory before we signed off the project. I am very happy with the finished result. It looks great, I now have a lovely new bathroom downstairs. it was a pleasure to get to know James and Tris, they were good to be around and very respectful at all times.

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. He was also easy to contact which makes the process much smoother and was friendly and professional. I will be using Patrick again for any future work needed!

We had a log burning stove fitted. Nick was very helpful from the the beginning. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a very good price for the job. They came and worked through the day while we were at work and when we got home they had left the room very tidy and with only a small amount of dust to wipe away. The finishing result is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend Equity Homes to anyone who is wanting a new fire fitting.

Thank you Matt for converting our garage space into new office space. The job was challenging and Matt has kept us updated all of the way and dealt with any problem big or small. The whole process has been smooth from start to finish and we feel that the end results speaks for itself...superb! Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
