Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.
