I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Filip did the most amazing job installing our decorative mouldings in our new baby’s nursery. He works unbelievably hard and to a very high standard which is so refreshing. We thought his work was so good that we asked him back to install the wallpaper in the same bedroom that our original decorator had royally messed up - he’s done such a good job I can’t even see where he’s matched edges together!
