David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!

We used Benny's Building Services to replace a garden tap and HP ball valve in the loft water tank. The work was carried out to a high standard and very promptly at a fair price. Very polite and helpful tradesman. No job is too small. We would most certainly use this firm again in future.

We had Phil and Keith back again to do more work in our garden as they did a great job last time. Yet again they have done an amazing job! Outstanding builders, professional and trustworthy from the initial stages to completion. Substantial project which was architecturally challenging was totally mastered by Maciej & his team.
