Morgan and Mike contacted me on the day of posting my job, visited that same afternoon and sent me an itemised quote that evening. They understood that the job was urgent and turned up on the appointed day, at the appointed time. Both my wife and I found they were happy to explain their work and to give us options. Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I am really pleased with every aspect of John's work. From start to finish he has been professional, honest and approachable. I had a few quotes for my job and picked John as he seemed the most competent and was happy to talk through all the options. He also came in at a very competitive rate which helps! He always arrived on time and insisted of clearing away each night. All of his team also worked to a high standard. My job had it's challenges but John has the experience and skills to overcome anything!

This was a relatively small job, fixing a new fire, surround and mantlepiece. A new cowl and chimney pot was also fitted. The work was done on time, within budget, and we were impressed by the way the work was carried out, the attention to detail (including clearing up afterwards) and by the knowledge and expertise shown. We would use the same firm again, if required.

Gareth arrived promptly; he was very professional and helpful (especially considering there was an unknown back boiler lurking behind the gas fire!) which he also removed, made safe and then tested the gas supply for which involved having to go round the house to check for a detected leak and then resolve it. Really good guy and would highly recommend!
