I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. The job was finished on time, with no delays on their part, and they showed an excellent understanding of our needs. I am very pleased with the service I received from Bill from the prompt contact,the quote and standard of installation of my bathroom. Bill was able to work to my budget and completed the work in the time he had quoted. Both Bill an Gavin are very pleasant and clean and tidy and their work is of a very high standard. The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

i am a self employed plumbing heating engineer, i carry out all my own gas, boilers/heating. tiling, plastering and general plumbing, i work closely with a qaulified electrician, so 1 call should be all you require for all aspects of home improvement.
