I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Excellent service from john taking off old doors and replacing with new. Trimming doors putting new hinges and door handles on . Very friendly and extremely tidy from inside and outside. Craig responded very quickly to our online request. He came to the house and gave us good advice. He managed our job which was knocking through a wall to result in a kitchen / diner. He oversaw the entire project providing all trades support. After the design was completed by the kitchen supplier he was very active in providing advice on possible amendments and was flexible throughout the entire build through to completion. His work was of a very high standard and we would not hesitate in recommending him.

Richard was here when he said he would be, did the work quickly and professionally, and coped with some unexpected problems well (late arrival of the basin I ordered, and a leaky pipe only discovered once the tiles were off). The price he quoted was the price we paid. Overall we are very happy with what he did and how he did it.
The work didn't go ahead as there was some dispute on liability of the cost of the repairs between the buyer and the seller. I just got a quote from the trade person. Alistair is very reliable person and I will be very happy to contact him for any future electrical repairs. thanks
