Richard was here when he said he would be, did the work quickly and professionally, and coped with some unexpected problems well (late arrival of the basin I ordered, and a leaky pipe only discovered once the tiles were off). The price he quoted was the price we paid. Overall we are very happy with what he did and how he did it.

Our bathroom has gone from a poorly installed, damp, misery of a room, to a clean tidy and beautifully finished joy. Left Richard the house key, and came back each day to see the place evolve dramatically. Took a bit longer to finish due to said damp, but glad he took the time to finish it properly and not rush, leaving us with problems down the line. Chose Richard over other builders as he took the time to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to try to sway us in other directions. Highly recommended.
Bathroom Installation
Richard has just finished removing my old bathroom and installing a new one, tiling the floor and doing everything he could to retain the old tiled walls. Friendly, reliable, worked hard, and tidied up after himself. Looks fab, can't wait to try it out!
