I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
Turned out the tradesman lived round the corner from us so we now know a good local joiner. He was promt with appointments, good efficent worker and friendly. All in all a good person to know for future jobs.
We have a small kitchen which many a large Company turned their nose up at, and quoted 12k for basic work and a dreadful design, classing a fitted kitchen as putting a microwave oven on a shelf. Complete Solutions came up with quite a number of designs, all of which were great. I wanted 'Bling' and they gave me it, I love the work that they have done, it's a kitchen to die for. They listen to your ideas and give advice, and they always put your wishes first. They don't skimp on costs, everything is top quality, and they take a huge pride in their work. They also do bathrooms. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
