I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Not happy with the service at all. Zakir came to my house twice to see the job. I was told it would be a great job finished to a high level. The job was awful they could not do what I asked and all they wanted to do was put beading everywhere when I told them the flooring has to run under the skirting board. I am left with massive gaps that are not covered by my skirting boards. I showed pictures of what I wanted as I wanted border with gold trim around my tv wall.I’m left with sharp dangerous edges.

Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! We added a few minor things as we remembered them but no hassle, added them in. Very happy with results.

Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them.
