Tomasz recently completed a 3 bedroom and 1 reception room refurbishment for us and was responsive and communicative throughout which greatly assisted the process. He had some great ideas and his team (Leon and Pawel) were hard working and delivered some fantastic work, completely refurbishing our bedrooms whilst we still lived in the property and building much from scratch with good finishing skills. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
