I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Paul ripped out my old bathroom and carried out a replacement. He has done an amazing job! My property is old so there were some issues along the way re the existing pipes and walls. Paul kept me informed every step of the way and was able to find solutions to fit in with what I wanted. Nothing seemed too much trouble,he could not have been more helpful. John came out to view and price the job at the agreed date and time and then came out to carry out the work a few days later. The job turned out to be more complicated than initially thought but he went above and beyond to complete the work.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading
