I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. Steve and his team were exceptional. We had a single storey extension with another wall taken down. Steve was transparent with costing, gave a great quote but was keen to ensure every penny had been accounted for to avoid any unexpected costs along the way. They keep the work area as tidy as they can and always have a tidy before leaving for the day. The extension looks brilliant and we will definitely be booking again

An absolute pleasure to have them carry out brickwork repairs and reponting of our property. We were updated as to the starting date - promptly commenced at the time designated. , Work has been to a very high standard,and his attention to both mortar and brickwork matching has resulted in an almost new look to the building. I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. They do not rush the job and are a family firm having their own workforce. I was told by other firms my job could be completed in 1 day with 2 men which I doubt would be to the same high standard. I would highly recommend you choose Agua Bathrooms.
The work didn't go ahead as there was some dispute on liability of the cost of the repairs between the buyer and the seller. I just got a quote from the trade person. Alistair is very reliable person and I will be very happy to contact him for any future electrical repairs. thanks
