I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Had an extension built - cost almost £32k - Company uses 100% subcontractors no employees which when we were looking they advised they only employ people and have 2 projects ongoing at a time which is not true - Overall quality of build is good (4*) but overall score a 2* due to some of the subcontractors work and attitude, mistakes during build by not following architects drawings, poor communication and project management, leaving house open to elements and me having to arrange building control visits.
