I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Specialist in all aspects of Groundworks/civils. Well established business with over 50 years combined experience with groundworks, civils and building. We own and operate our own machines and equipment. All operators are NPORS/CPCS ticketed and trained to high standards, this enables us to be properly insured and have correct health and safety in place.
Helpful polite, did an amazing job gave us tips on what to do to maintain it going forward so as to keep costs low to us.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Complete waste of time! Agreed on a price & date, he cancelled the first date the day before the job and rearranged for two weeks later. Tried contacting him in various ways the day before he was due to come round the second time and had no reply. He didn't turn up on the rearranged date and didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know he wasn't coming. Not impressed so would not recommend him!
John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
Cheap & cheerful.... nice guy very polite cleaned up using our vacumn cleaner, misunderstood the interior doors we wanted. Ended up with cheap doors cheap handles and holes in our pockets. Never mind he's got enough to get married next year, thanks to the wife and I?
