Excellent job completed by Chris. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the installation of the door in a clean and tidy manner. I was going to try and fit this door myself but glad that I left it to the expert :o). Have no hesitation in recommending Chris to my family and friends. Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price. Had ceiling plastered and painted, all painting and wallpapering done. Friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. His team (who I expect where family members, but I may be wrong) both where excellent. Work completed to a high standard, Remi promised a finish date and they stayed late on completion day to achieve this. Remi also done another job for me at a fraction of the cost I was quoted. I am having some more work done in a couple of months and wouldn't hesitate to use his team again.Recomended.

As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. I would recommend him to anyone, 1st rate service.

The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

100% happy with the work Mike and his team did for us in demolishing our garden walls and an old brick outhouse and replacing with new fencing.They worked like trojans in extremely hot uncomfortable conditions. Thanks very much for an excellent job.

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.
