Offered to come straight away as we had a real emergency (which was after 10pm) we declined him at that time of the evening, but they turned up the next day to look at the issue. After our quote and the job was accepted, work started straight away with no nonsense and honest conversations. Materials used were not as per his quote, eg new replacement like for like tile was actually an old non matching one. There's more but I think you get the gist.
