Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. I'm very satisfied and would use both the website and Fraser again and would recommend Fraser to anyone needing roofing work.

Can’t rate Dougie and his team highly enough. Dougie came to see my garden straight away, their quote was very competitive and was fully itemised. I was fully consulted in terms of choices of slabs and stones and supplies were delivered at the times stared. His team arrived when they said they would and worked flat out; they never even stopped for a cup of tea. Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.

From start to finish the service and communication as well as value was first class. Our damage occurred during the severe storm in early 2025. Paul (BP Roofing) surveyed the damage using a drone and professionally presented photos of the damage that had occurred. After accepting the very reasonable quote for the work, the work was completed the next weekend. Again drone footage was provided to show the work that had been completed. So satisfied with the highly professional we received.

Foolishly I completed payment before the job was completed. They promised great things - to remove all rubbish, not done; seven year guarantee - well I do not suppose that is worth the paper it is written on!

Robbie did a fantastic job to prepare my roof for winter. He inspected and cleaned gutters, fixed broken and missing tiles and also removed dangerously wobbly chimney pot from unused chimney. He also secured all remaining chimney pots to prevent birds getting in. All for a great price! He always showed up on time and left the place tidy. Communication with Robbie was easy over chat, phone and WhatsApp. I’ll definitely contact Robbie again when my roof needs another inspection and maintenance.
