Michael quoted and agreed to do the job. He then cancelled at the last minute on 3 separate occasions with different excuses. He finally stopped responding to messages and I had to find someone else to do the work. Project delayed by 3months. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

From start to finish, Michael and his lads did an excellent job of replacing my roof. Aside from the quality of their workmanship which was great, what impressed me most was Michael’s willingness to communicate with me every step of the way where he’d explain exactly what they were doing, how they were doing it, and when they would do it. They responded quickly. Did the job so far, so good. Time will tell if the patchwork of rendering stays in place and does the job. I have given them 5 stars on the chance that it does.
