Turns up on time and was very sympathetic that I work late nights & sleep in. Resourceful in getting his water somewhere else so as not to wake me. Asking around it was a very decent price. Alfred offered a proper, written quote which was good value. He and his team did the work a few days later. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards, I was aware my ridge tiles and gable end needed attention and the quote for those were good value and the work was done at the same day. There was no pressure on me to have the work done. My house is nearly 50 years old and nothing has been done to the roof in all that time. I highly recommend Alfred and his team.

I could not give these people a LOW enough rating. I had a 20 minute chat with them on the phone. I was given a quote and he said he would come that afternoon to look at the job but would in any case come and do the job the following morning. They did not turn up for either appointment. I phoned the mobile number he gave me FIVE times and left messages. No one got back to me.
