It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. The job was completed on Tuesday by a very friendly and helpful young man. He was local, came round to have a look the same day, then booked the job in the following week. He came over as being very knowledgable and quoted for the materials, labour and clearing away afterwards. I was at work when he finished the job, but when he came for payment, he told me to contact him should immediately if the any future issues at all. I was very pleased with the job and would recommend him to anyone with roof problems.
Serious and hard working. Since 1998 in EU and from 2010 in UK . "Work smart not hard" . Some people think they will get from you what they want with force. Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. I look for quality not quantity!I respect people as long they respect me!
This guy lack communication skills. I asked him to give me a quotes. He seems not to understand how to speak and understand English and that is really affecting him. I have told him I can trust him with my job. I was asking him what was his quotes, he is saying another thing. He can only communicate to his fellow country men I believe. He lacks professionalism and composure. He doesn’t know how to relate to customer. I don’t feel like he knows what he is doing. He is a confused person. I won’t recommend him

JOHN IS A VERY FRIENDLY person to have around he did outdoor rendering he did a very god job. However he promised me he can do plastering professional besides being delayed with a week what should I say he did a Terrible plastering job minus 1 rating for this I basically need to redo the plastering would only recommend him for external jobs
The contractor responded the same day,by visiting the property and estimated the work required. Work was carried out and completed the following day, all waste was removed and area cleared up afterwards. I was very happy with speed and overall positve experience, they were very accommodating to my needs as I work away I will definitely will use this company again.
