Our garage conversion took approximately four weeks and it is miraculous what Jon’s team have achieved in a truly professional, friendly and extremely helpful/tidy way. The builders - John and Alvin worked very well together; the electricians worked very quickly and tidily; the plumbers and kitchen fitters have given us a delightful utility room; the painters and decorators have left it immaculate. The original problem was sorted quickly and efficiently and as expected from roofer, the inspected for other problems and found some. These were also fixed on the same day and the quality of work seems very good. The guys were friendly and cleared up everything neatly. I would certainly consider using them again. My only other comment would be that price wise Hometec Solutions are on the upper end of of the average so bear this in mind.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended
