Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Then phoned on Saturday eve asking if they could start Monday. Then turned up with a digger they couldn't get in.
