We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend this company. They were the first to get in touch. Very efficient, great communication. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Only recommended work that was needed and was very reasonably priced. From quote to job done all in same day and left the place tidy. Fantastic service.
