Offered to come straight away as we had a real emergency (which was after 10pm) we declined him at that time of the evening, but they turned up the next day to look at the issue. After our quote and the job was accepted, work started straight away with no nonsense and honest conversations. They brought a team and finished an extremely big job in a day, the team worked ALL DAY, main guy Anthony kept us updated throughout. Highly recommended

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
