Ryan was very cooperative, especially as I had bought the wrong size of vinyl at our first attempt to get our kitchen floor covering laid!! On our second attempt, with different vinyl, the correct size he made a very good job of laying & fitting our kitchen floor. The only slight little hiccup was that Ryan had been held up with other clients/ jobs/ travelling time which meant he arrived 5 hours late but we appreciated him still completing our floor at the end of. his busy working day.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Was generally happy with the job, a few corners were missed and some debris was left under the lacquer, which I can't remove. For the price paid, £50 per sqm, I would have expected higher attention to detail. The job as well seemed rushed and manufacturer's instructions could have been followed better.

Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.
