Grant took great care with the floor prep - sealing skirting gaps and skimming low spots - before mixing and pouring the Mapei floor-levelling compound. There was zero mess and no splashing on the walls or skirting. Grant even returned the next day (after being paid) to help me move stuff back into the workshop. A genuinely nice guy - I will employ Grant's services again if the need arises.

Carl was able to identify what the problem was and resolved it with great skill. Since he fixed the leak under my bath, there has not been a single drop of water leaking from underneath my bath. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
