He came on time to the job & was fully prepared. He fitted 2 carpets for me & both have been fitted excellently, can’t complain about a thing. John damaged the wall in few places while removing the existing coving and also damaged the newly installed corners. His boss advised that I could fill them in but no amount of filler or paint could hide the damage. Despite supplying all materials they still tried to charge me £16 for two tubes of caulk. No floor protection was used, mess left and damage to wood flooring. Extremely poor quality and lack of skill—avoid at all costs.
