Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Peter has just finished laying a limestone floor in our new extension and we are really impressed with the quality of the work. Peter cares about doing a good job and was very professional. We have had multiple trades on site and he was able to work alongside them. We also made a change in our tile choice in one room last minute and he was patient and reasonable about this. I would highly recommend him for any tiling job.

Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.
