Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Some highlights during this time were building display cabinets for Harrods, and the Ritz hotel, and bookcases for the British library. I moved onto making and installing high specification kitchens, before taking the leap into self-employment. During subcontracting for others, I have increased my knowledge and skills in new builds, residential and commercial building improvements. Some highlights from the last few years, have been to work on the roofing of the admissions centre at Windsor Castle, fitting oak doors and frames at Eton college, and seating stands for a new opera house. If you're looking for a carpenter then look no further! Paul is the rare combination of skillful, reliable and reasonably priced. He's also a genuinely nice guy. No job is too big or small. Paul fitted our engineered wooden floor and he did such a good job we had no hesitation in re-booking him to box in some pipes and hang a door. I can't recommend Paul enough and if we need any further work we will go straight back to him.
