This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Hired James to remove existing shower and replace with new. When he had finished up I paid him the agreed £250 thinking all was OK. However when my partner used the shower later that day the water flow was poor and started running cold after a few minutes. I have tried to contact James on several occasions and he either arranges to come but doesn't turn up or ignores my messages completely. I have since read the other reviews on his page and can't understand how he has such a high rating on this platform.

Was generally happy with the job, a few corners were missed and some debris was left under the lacquer, which I can't remove. For the price paid, £50 per sqm, I would have expected higher attention to detail. The job as well seemed rushed and manufacturer's instructions could have been followed better.

James has fixed the immersion heater and loft board issue. I came across so many plumbers, but James is one of the best plumber, who communicates well and gives a commitment to the job. Also for landlord's who can rely on his work, as I had bad experience in the past with another plumber who hasn't done it well. But James is the best for his work and very reliable. I posted a job and got quotes quicker than I expected. I spoke to one company and arranged a date and time for a quote but they did not turn up. I had already arranged another for the next day and they did turn up and rang me while at my home to give me a price. The cost was half the cost the first company had quoted when I rang them to find out if they had turned up.i was pleased with the cost and the work done. I will contact them for more work if needed and would definitely recommend them.
