So glad I had Ion and builder John work on my project. Quality workmanship, hard working, punctual, thorough, good at implementing designs etc. Went from having a completely empty shell, to a new fully fitted bathroom, (THEN..) kitchen inc/appliances, engineered wood flooring throughout.. in 4 1/2 weeks.. Absolutely everything is spot on, and nothing was missed out. Assured of the thoroughness of work undertaken also, because Ion highlighted/solved a few things I hadn't been aware of as the job went along.

Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
