He kept in touch while the parts were being delivered, then arranged a very quick installation date, given I wanted the unit installed prior to my going on holiday. In terms of the actual installation, the work was carried out with minimal disruption, and minimal mess, as Chris tidied up. He was also very competitively priced. I would definitely recommend him
