I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.

Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. I am able to provide a service of fitting carpets/vinyl/screeding/vinyl tiles/carpet tiles/plywood/linoleum. Additional Costs: Refitting or reusing used carpet, uplifting existing flooring, patterned carpets, moving furniture and more time consuming than made out to be in the advertised post. Can also take away rubbish depending on job size which also has an additional cost.
