Craig explained clearly what the process was to achieve the desired result from start to finish. The majority of the work was done offsite meaning minimal disruption caused. Really nice guy, very tidy and thorough. Fitted three Hive radiator valves and checked out the existing central heating system to ensure there were no issues. Very competitive on price. Would use Zama again.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
