Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Really quick response to the job posting. Quality of work was excellent and exactly as quoted. They replaced my gutters and fascias and also de-mossed the roof . While they were up there they also cleared some old aerial wiring just to help out . Made a great job of clearing up after themselves as well . Would definitely recommend

I needed a Salamander shower pump replaced. Fusion contacted me directly and very kindly managed to accommodate me on my preferred date. Two of their team attended in a timely fashion and the work was carried out to a very high standard. All old components were disposed of and everything was left clean and dust free. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Although we would have loved to have given a 5 star review Kierran sadly let himself and the team down. Getting the works that were agreed and standard snagging finished was v.hard work at the end. We were also meant to be given a 2 year guarantee which has not been provided and we have been left with two badly damaged walls and a radiator that is not working properly/at all. Kierran told us they couldn't come back till June 2025 to sort! and we were given a £50 refund.. Pretty disappointing and sad

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy.
