Job was probably not a standard one but chatting through with Kieren what was required on initial site visit , the estimate was fair and arrived promptly . Through to start date Kieren also kept in contact which was appreciated. Job was completed within agreed time frame and to the expected standard. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I was lucky to find Carl after a plumber I called to repair a leaking pipe under my bath did a horrible job that caused water to pour through my bathroom onto the room downstairs, damaging the ceiling and the carpet of the room downstairs. Carl was able to identify what the problem was and resolved it with great skill. Since he fixed the leak under my bath, there has not been a single drop of water leaking from underneath my bath. He is excellent!
