Friendly, reliable and did a lovely job to fit a huge (3 metre +) verticle blind. I was so pleased with the work, I asked them to come again to put together a very awkward wall bed that swings down from a wardrobe. Reviews regarding the bed online, complained of it taking professionals 3 days to put together, but with Adrian and Michael's professionalism, they had it done within a day! Would definitely recommend - when my wardrobes get delivered, A.K K will be building those too. Very happy customer!

The guys carried out a fantastic repair of my bathroom roof within the time and budget agreed. They were very careful getting their equipment through the house as there was no rear access and did a good clean up after the job was finished. I have been in the building buissness 31 years ,and city& guilds trained in bricklaying and plastering, covering all trades ,and have a good team of tradesmen who help when buisy. All my work is completed to high standards and on time . Site left clean . I like to be as helpful and fair as i possibly can , i have worked on all manner of jobs and feel confident to carry out , to a high standard any job i take on . I have public liberty insurance, and waist carrier license. And guarantee all my work as my reputation is important to me and my clients.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
2.5 months after the work was done, we still have water leaking through light fixture in kitchen. Called out a plumber who we have known for 5 years and he said that the pipes should have been changed at the time of the building work. The anaesthetics of the shower are brilliant but the initial problem still remains and this could have been sorted out all in one go. Also lots of rubble left under the shower. Huge mess with the leak. Maybe a one off problem but disappointed with longevity of the work.
