I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement with your insurer? I can then instruct vetted contractors and oversee any reinstatement works? Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. Andy was absolutely brilliant! We’re so pleased with the work. He was super efficient, very tidy (no dust anywhere!) and thorough. The quality of the finish was excellent and the overall look was exactly as we wanted (natural matte finish). So good that we have asked him to do the remaining rooms in our house!
