Matt was unlucky here. Good communication, reliable and arrived as planned. Well equipped and very professional in approach. Now for the bad luck bit. As the old saying goes measure twice and drill once. In fairness, he was working very hard to impress and I think I pressuring him a little so he charged at the job. Sadly he miss measured and the fixings of the frame did not match the drill holes. This was the first job for us so as a point of principle I had to ask him to go.
