The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Nicky and his team completed 50sq meter of tiling to a very high standard. Very friendly and hard working honest guy. Clean, tidy and great advice. Pleasure to deal with and will definitely use again. Great job guys!

Peter and his team (Mark and Chris) are professional and hard-working. We ultimately required unforeseen work due to old water ingress. Very pleased with all the work (internal painting) carried out by Thomas. He was always punctual and was a clean and tidy worker - all work carried out to high standard. He took very good care of all floors and furnishings. I will use his services again and thoroughly recommend him.
