The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.

Had a toilet installed, and despite a couple of teething problems with a couple of the fixings, have to give 5 star for the quality of the service, the punctuality, communication and time management. The communication was great before, during and after the work was done. Then, this is the most important thing for me, when Marcel said he would be here on both occasions at a certain time, he was here at that time, I can't say how surprising that is from my experience of hiring trades folks. Although we would have loved to have given a 5 star review Kierran sadly let himself and the team down. Getting the works that were agreed and standard snagging finished was v.hard work at the end. We were also meant to be given a 2 year guarantee which has not been provided and we have been left with two badly damaged walls and a radiator that is not working properly/at all. Kierran told us they couldn't come back till June 2025 to sort! and we were given a £50 refund.. Pretty disappointing and sad
