Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

I'm very pleased with the work done by John & Junior, nothing was too much trouble. There were a couple of unexpected problems which they dealt with quickly & calmly, and when I changed my mind about some things they didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance at all, but went out of their way to make sure the end resut was exactly what I wanted. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would & cleaned up after themselves each day. I am very happy with every aspect of the job & highly recommend them

Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Victor and Jason laid 44m2 of travertine in our kitchen and we are blown away by the incredible standard of work. The surface of the floor after we removed the old tiles was horrendous but they took it all in their stride and we now have a perfectly levelled and tiled floor. The thought they put into the cuts and placing is perfect and it looks amazing. Lovely guys, great communication, we would highly recommend them.
