I cannot recommend Emanuel highly enough. He did our bathroom renovation and we are so happy with the end result! Everything was done to such a high standard and his attention to detail was way beyond our expectations. I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. David has done two jobs for me, the first job was at an acceptable standard Tilling a kitchen, there were a few mistakes but all in all acceptable. but the second job was installation of wooden floor, several mistakes were made and to add to the poor job David did not finish the job because he left on holiday. The result I lost a client and the client had to hire someone else law to remove the floor and place a new one.
