Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Kevin contacted me within minutes of the job being advertised. Came out within an hour. Good estimate of costs. Polite, knowledgeable and professional. Job done without any fuss or mess. All tested working afterwards. I honestly could not fault him, he even fixed my noisy toilet cistern with a single touch! Also gave some advice on other projects we have planned. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.
