Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Highly recommended. I am thrilled to bits with the work James and Kieran from ‘Greens Decking and Landscaping ‘ have done today removing an old gate and posts, and installing new ones, with the addition of an open hook and eye post to fasten the gate open safely when we need it. Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.

Paul was lovely. He arrived on time and worked hard all day skimming the walls in my back bedroom and he did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely use him again if I need to have plastering work done. His price for the job was I think very reasonable too

My wife and I wanted the job doing with the least disturbance possible and to the highest standard of quality. I am very pleased that this was achieved, Richard and Howard (the builders) were both professional and well mannered, they started on time and during the heavy rain kept on working to finish the job. After the job was complete they they cleaned up the area they had worked in. I would have no reason not to strongly recommend them.
